Education:
1978 – High school graduation at Liceo Scientifico Statale "A. Avogadro", Rome, with full marks (60/60)
1984 – Degree in Philosophy at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with full marks (100/100 cum laude). Full marks (30/30 cum laude) in all the 19 exams. The dissertation dealt with Modality in Leibniz' Essays on Logical Calculus of April 1679, had as tutor Prof. T. Gregory and as co-tutor Prof. C. Cellucci; its central part has been published by the international journal “Studia Leibnitiana” (cf. publications)
1985-86 – Post-graduate school in Humanities computing at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”
1993 – PhD in Philosophy at the University of Florence with a dissertation on Modality and the nature of copulative ‘est’ in XVII century German Scholastics; tutors prof. M.L. Dalla Chiara, A. Maierù, M. Mugnai. The dissertation has been published in 1996 (cf. publications).
Career:
1983-1996: documentarista bibliotecario at the Historical Archives of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. Part of the work consisted in the implementation of the electronic archive system.
